Job summary

Swarovski in Malaysia is seeking a Junior Customer Service Specialist (Thai Speaker) to deliver high-quality service via phone, email, and chat. You will handle around 40 daily cases, resolve inquiries, and advise on products, stock, and promotions.

You will work in a hybrid setup with opportunities to learn and grow within a global brand, using tools like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SAP as needed. Fluency in English and Thai is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role.
Experience across multiple channels (email/chat/phone).
Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Word; basic Excel skills.
Fluent in English and Thai.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality service via phone, email, or chat.
Handle ~40 daily cases and follow up on existing ones.
Resolve queries by understanding needs and providing solutions.
Advise on product details, stock, and promotions.
Assist with online orders: placement, cancellations, refunds, exchanges.
Follow procedures and use templates as needed.
Maintain sensitive information per GDPR/local laws.
Contribute to the internal knowledge base.
