Swarovski seeks a Junior Customer Service Specialist (Thai speaker) to join our Bandar Bayan Baru team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat and manage about 40 daily cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will advise on products, orders, promotions, and returns while following guidelines and protecting data. Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word, basic Excel, and SAP is welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Experience across multiple communication channels (email/chat/phone).
• Fluent in English and Thai (native or near native).
• Familiar with SAP is a plus.

• Deliver high quality service via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle ~40 daily cases; follow up for resolution.
• Advise on product information, stock, and promotions.
• Assist with online orders including returns and exchanges.
• Follow templates and protect customer data in line with policies.
