Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required; degree preferred.
• 2 years of related experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer's needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback to tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflow.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Any other duties as assigned by management within the scope of employment.
