Brenntag is seeking a role focused on end-to-end collections for the Thailand customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will follow up with customers, monitor AR aging, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate SAP records.

Fluent Thai and English communication are required. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash. SAP experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Thai language proficiency required to communicate with local customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control or O2C is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end collection activities for the Thailand customer portfolio to ensure timely collections.
• Proactive follow-up with customers via email and phone; monitor aging and disputes.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance and other stakeholders; maintain collection notes in SAP.
