Brenntag is seeking an AR/Collections specialist to manage end‑to‑end collections for the Thailand portfolio from Malaysia. You will contact customers, monitor overdue balances and support cash flow goals. Fluency in Thai and English is required for effective stakeholder communication.

Your role includes collaboration with Sales, Customer Service and Finance, maintaining accurate records in SAP and meeting collection deadlines while upholding company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting.
• Thai language proficiency is required to communicate with local customers and stakeholders.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections or O2C operations.

Aufgaben

• Manage end‑to‑end collection activities for the Thailand portfolio to ensure timely collection.
• Proactive collection follow‑up via email and telephone; address overdue accounts.
• Monitor AR aging, payment commitments and escalate high‑risk accounts.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Customer Service and Finance; maintain SAP notes.
