Job summary

Prestwick Aerosystems seeks a Collections Analyst (Thai speaker) to manage end-to-end collection activities for Thailand customers in Bandar Sunway, Malaysia. You will perform proactive follow-ups via email and phone, monitor aging receivables, and escalate high-risk accounts to protect cash flow.

Fluent Thai and English communication is required, with 1–3 years in AR/Collections. The role offers hybrid work options with collaboration across Commercial, Finance, and Customer Service teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or O2C.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collection activities for Thailand customers to ensure timely collection.
• Perform proactive follow-up via email and phone on overdue accounts.
• Monitor AR aging and overdue balances with timely escalation of high-risk accounts.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance and other stakeholders on disputes and payment issues.
• Maintain collection notes and follow-up actions in SAP; support month-end activities.
