Brenntag in Malaysia is seeking an AP Associate to ensure timely invoice processing and resolve operational issues for smooth workflows. You will work with vendors and internal teams to meet KPI targets and service levels.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of work experience.
• Experience in shared services is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Receive and verify invoice validity; ensure processing per KPI and policy.
• Collaborate with business, stakeholders and vendors to maintain professionalism.
• Prepare analytic reports and accounting schedules.
• Identify repetitive issues and propose efficiency improvements.
• Resolve invoice, vendor, and internal staff queries; escalate when needed.
• Process Travel & Expense receipts and payment of claims.
• Participate in internal/external audits and provide data.
• Support monthly closing with SSC teams.
• Assist team members to deliver high service levels to stakeholders.
• Monitor pending invoices and Travel & Expense status.
