Qualifications

• Experience in voice customer contacts (CSR/call center or collections).
• Business level proficiency in Thai (verbal and written).
• Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with Customers: Handling inbound/outbound calls with focus on collections, billing queries, and follow-up.
• Building rapport and responding to customer enquiries with a can-do attitude and personalized service.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Billing team and other functions to resolve blockers.
