Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Account Receivable Senior Analyst who will supervise Thai-speaking OTC operations and ensure SLA achievement. The role requires English and Thai fluency, strong client facing skills, and a background in accounting/finance. Relocation to Malaysia may be necessary as part of the role.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day activities, drive improvements, and coordinate with SDL/OE teams to resolve issues while maintaining high service quality for the client.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency English and Thai language.
• Familiar with F&A outsourcing operation.
• Rich client facing experience, good at communication with client.
• High responsibility and dedication on work.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.
• Non-standard hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily OTC operations and monitor performance against targets and SLAs.
• Provide a holistic view of service delivery to the client and act as escalation point for issues.
• Support ad hoc contractual projects and contribute to continuous improvement within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with Accenture policies and procedures applicable to the unit.
• Collaborate with OE support team and SDL to manage gaps and resolve issues.
• Lead and coach staff, drive hiring, development and performance management.
