Qualifications

• Experience in voice customer contacts.
• Business Thai language proficiency (verbal & written).
• Graduate of any degree with 2–4 years of relevant work experience or non-degree holders with 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Engaging with customers: handling inbound/outbound calls focused on collections, billing queries, and follow-ups.
• Building rapport and responding to customer enquiries with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Cross-functional collaboration with other teams (e.g., Billing) to resolve blockers.
