Job summary

Candidates should have 2–3 years in business development, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin for communicating with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Business Development.
• Experience with corporate/developer/hotel/government client networks is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or professional qualifications in Business/ Administration/ Management, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
• Resourceful with excellent communication and persuasive product feature articulation.
• Aggressive, committed and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Promote and offer company products by approaching existing and prospective customers.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and messages to leads to introduce products and generate sales opportunities.
• Identify and secure potential business opportunities.
• Plan, schedule and implement sales strategies and campaigns to meet targets and deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on key account performance to sales management.
