Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Area Sales Executive (Central) to conduct daily dealer visits, support Sales & Distribution activities, and drive progress toward sales targets and KPIs.

You will build relationships with dealers, execute sales strategies, train staff on activations and products, and participate in trade events, with willingness to travel and own transport. The role requires at least 2 years' experience in Telco/FMCG and a proactive sales mindset.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment.
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
Sales driven with good track record and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

To conduct daily visits to dealer stores that sell U Mobile products and provide service, support and build relationships.
To execute and monitor sales strategy and promotions; seek new opportunities to expand UM touchpoints.
To deepen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
Ensure dealers have proper knowledge - system activations, product range, how to sell, incentives, POSM.
To perform trade events and provide ground support for sales performance.
