Job summary

ViewQwest is seeking a Territory Sales Account Manager in Johor Bahru to own and grow a portfolio of Singapore-based customers. You will inherit an established list and manage engagement, co-selling and renewals across connectivity, network and cybersecurity solutions.

You will travel regularly to Singapore, account for renewals and expansion, and work with partners, Pre-Sales and Product teams to maximize revenue while maintaining strong client relationships in a cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B account management or enterprise sales.
• Confidence selling IT solutions including cybersecurity, network and connectivity offerings.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience with renewals, upsell and commercial negotiation.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship and revenue performance of your accounts.
• Prioritise by revenue, growth potential, renewal risk and strategic value.
• Lead proposals and negotiations per ViewQwest pricing and rules.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across network, security and ICT.
• Maintain renewal and expansion pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with partners, Pre-Sales and Product on solutions.
