Job summary

Luxx Newhouse Furniture Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts within a defined territory. You will engage contractors, developers, designers, architects and dealers, presenting premium interior solutions and tailoring recommendations to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in building materials, interior products, furniture or related industries.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory and for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify and approach potential customers including contractors, developers, designers, architects, dealers and other business clients.
• Present the Company's products and solutions and provide suitable recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and follow up on enquiries, orders and projects.
• Monitor sales pipeline, project progress, customer requirements and payment status; provide updates to Management.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Conduct customer visits, site visits, presentations and business development activities.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
