Job summary

Eco Interiors International Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Designer who blends design sense with sales acumen to promote furniture and interior solutions. You will engage customers, provide professional design consultation, quote proposals, and coordinate projects from inquiry to delivery.

You will build relationships to meet monthly targets, follow up on leads and showroom visits, attend site meetings, and support outlet operations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in interior design, architecture, business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in construction, furniture, or interior design.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Follow up on company-provided leads, walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, and showroom visitors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions based on customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic design recommendations.

• Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the construction, furniture, or interior design industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Passionate about sales, furniture, and interior design solutions.

Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is an added advantage.

Willing to travel, work weekends, and public holidays when required.
