You will engage customers, present our premium wall and interior solutions, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, strong communication, and is fluent in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate Luxe Wall Concept PLT products and services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and quotations based on client requirements and budget.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals whilst maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.

About the role

Luxe Wall Concept PLT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our business growth and revenue targets. As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, building relationships with clients and promoting our innovative wall and interior solutions. This role is essential to achieving our sales objectives and expanding our market presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in interior design, home improvement, construction materials, or a related industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences

Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

Self-motivated and independent with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks

Knowledge of wall solutions, interior design concepts, or construction materials (preferred)

Valid driving license and own transportation (preferred)

Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage

Diploma or degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred)
