Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive or Senior Account Manager with a passion for luxury design to connect with top architects, corporate clients, and high-end homeowners for iconic furniture and premium kitchen brands.

You will identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships with interior designers and architects, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-value projects from design briefs to tenders.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of B2B or high-end retail sales experience (interior design, building materials, or luxury goods is a plus).
• Strong appreciation for luxury design, high-end aesthetics, and premium craftsmanship.
• Confident communicator capable of presenting design solutions and negotiating with corporate clients and architects.
• Self-motivated, outgoing networker with a valid driver’s license for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and open doors with corporate clients, developers, and homeowners.
• Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key interior designers and architect networks.
• Provide consultative sales recommendations, matching client design briefs with premier furniture and kitchen solutions.
• Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of won accounts.
• Prepare design proposals, manage commercial quotations, and support high-value project tenders.
