Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks an Account Manager to generate profitable sales revenue and expand account coverage by delivering total industrial solution packages to target commercial clients.

You will manage the full consultative sales lifecycle—from prospecting corporate accounts and delivering technical product presentations to negotiating contracts, facilitating pre- and post-sales support, and tracking project financial metrics such as P&L and margins.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of air compressors, pneumatic systems, or industrial controls is advantageous.
• Understanding of commercial metrics including margin analysis and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue, expand account coverage, and improve operating margins by delivering total industrial solution packages.
• Manage consultative sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiations.
• Deliver technical product presentations and provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and long-term client retention.
