Job summary

TCIM Sdn Bhd, based in Bahagian Sibu, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across our industrial machinery portfolio. You will visit customers, prepare proposals and quotations, and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to demonstrate value.

You will negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and coordinate with service teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales or business development for industrial equipment.
• Strong CRM, client engagement, and relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and clear communication.
• Ability to analyze markets and develop sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel on-site visits and demonstrations.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; relevant equivalent.
