Job summary

BADANG ENERGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Tender Executive to assist in identifying tender opportunities from clients and portals in Malaysia.

You will help prepare, compile and submit tender documents, quotations and proposals while coordinating with Project, Technical, Procurement, Finance and Management teams to gather required information. The role involves reviewing tender requirements, maintaining records, following up on clarifications, and ensuring timely submissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and identifying tender opportunities from clients, portals and relevant platforms.
• Assist in preparing, compiling and submitting tender documents, quotations and proposals.
• Review tender requirements, scope of work, specifications and submission instructions.
• Coordinate with Project, Technical, Procurement, Finance and Management teams to obtain required tender information.
• Prepare tender checklists and ensure all required documents are complete and properly arranged before submission.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposal documents.
• Request and compile quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for tender costing purposes.
• Maintain and update tender records, submission status and related documentation.
• Follow up on tender clarifications, amendments and client requirements.
• Assist in updating company profiles, registrations, certificates and supporting documents for tender submissions.
• Attend tender briefings, site visits and clarification meetings when required.
• Prepare tender-related presentations, reports and correspondence.
• Ensure tender submissions are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Perform other tender-related and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
