Responsibilities

• Search, identify and monitor tender opportunities.
• Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, specifications, submission procedures and closing dates.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents, quotations and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate and submitted within the required deadlines.
• Liaise with relevant departments to obtain pricing, technical information and company documents and other information required for tender submissions.
• Maintain and regularly update company documents required for tenders, including company profiles, registrations, licences, certificates and supporting documents.
• Register and maintain the company’s profile on relevant government, corporate and e-tender portals.
• Monitor tender advertisements, invitations, briefings, site visits, submission dates and tender results.
• Attend tender briefings, site visits or meetings when required.
• Follow up on submitted tenders and update Management on tender status and outcomes.
• Maintain proper records of ongoing, submitted, successful and unsuccessful tenders for future reference.
• Prepare quotations, letters, reports, presentations and other business-related documents.
• Handle general administrative duties including filing, correspondence, document control and record keeping.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments and administrative arrangements related to business development activities.
• Liaise with government agencies, customers, suppliers, business partners and other external parties when required.
• Assist in preparing management reports and updates on tender and business development activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper control of company and tender-related information.
• Support the Business Development team in corporate projects, proposals and other administrative matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
