The position focuses on governance, documentation, and the bid process to deliver accurate, audit-ready tender packages for review and submission.

Qualifications

• Understand ITB requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with tender procedures and LOA approvals.
• Track tender progress, approvals, timelines, and flag any slippage.
• Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation for all submissions.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, PMT, SCM, QAQC, HSE, Commercial, and Finance.
• Coordinate internal reviews (technical, commercial, management).
• Compile and submit complete and compliant tender package.

Responsibilities

• Understand the ITB requirements.
• Track tender progress, approvals, timelines, and flag any slippage.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all submissions.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, PMT, SCM, QAQC, HSE, Commercial, and Finance.
• Establish and control submission cut-off / freeze timeline with commercial team.
• Compile and submit complete and compliant tender package.
• Coordinate client clarifications and manage response tracking.
