Job summary

Private Advertiser located in Malaysia seeks a Tender Admin Executive to support tender and business opportunity activities across Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak, with a strong focus on ePerolehan (eP) and government‑related tenders.

You will identify suitable tender opportunities, coordinate submissions, and liaise with government agencies, legal firms and internal departments to ensure documents are properly managed and submitted on time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ePerolehan (eP) and other relevant platforms to identify suitable tender opportunities across Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak.
• Research and identify government, GLC, local authority and other relevant tender opportunities that match the company’s business activities.
• Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, submission deadlines and required documentation.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents, quotations and supporting documents.
• Liaise with government departments, local authorities and relevant agencies regarding tender requirements, clarifications and submission matters.
• Coordinate with legal firms on contracts, agreements, tender-related legal documents and other matters where required.
• Work closely with Management, Finance, HR, Procurement and Operations to obtain the necessary information and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper records of tender opportunities, submissions, deadlines, results and correspondence.
• Follow up on tender status, clarification requests, appointments, contract awards and post-submission matters.
• Assist Management in assessing and identifying tender opportunities that are relevant to the company's business.
• Coordinate with teams in KL and Sarawak to ensure timely preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Perform other tender and administrative duties assigned by Management.
