Private Advertiser is seeking a Tender Admin Executive to support and coordinate tender and procurement activities, focusing on ePerolehan (eP) and related government platforms.

We are looking for a Tender Admin Executive to support and coordinate the company’s tender and procurement activities, particularly through ePerolehan (eP) and other government/local authority platforms.
The role will be responsible for identifying suitable tender opportunities, coordinating tender submissions, liaising with relevant government agencies and local authorities, and working closely with legal firms and internal departments to ensure all tender requirements are properly prepared and submitted on time.
Monitor and identify suitable government, GLC and local authority tender opportunities, mainly through ePerolehan (eP) and relevant tender platforms.
Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, submission deadlines and relevant documents.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents, quotations and supporting information.
Liaise with government departments, local authorities and relevant agencies regarding tender requirements, clarification and submission matters.
Coordinate with legal firms on tender-related legal documents, agreements, contracts and other matters where required.
Work closely with internal departments such as Management, Finance, HR, Operations and Procurement to obtain the necessary information and supporting documents.
Maintain proper records of tender documents, submissions, deadlines, results and related correspondence.
Follow up on tender status, clarification requests, appointments, contract awards and other post-submission matters.
Assist Management in identifying tender opportunities that are relevant and commercially suitable for the company.
Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate and submitted within the required timeline.
Perform other tender, administrative and coordination duties as assigned by Management.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in tender administration, ePerolehan, procurement, government tenders or related administrative work.
Familiar with ePerolehan (eP) and government/local authority tender processes will be an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills, particularly when dealing with government agencies, local authorities and external parties.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tender deadlines.
Able to work independently and follow up closely with different parties.
Candidates with experience dealing with legal firms, government contracts or tender documentation will have an added advantage.
