Job summary

Ibnu Sina Wellness is seeking a driven Telesales Officer to join our Kajang, Selangor team. You will convert qualified leads via phone and WhatsApp, build strong customer relationships, and hit daily and monthly targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in telesales or related fields, strong communication, and CRM experience. Diploma or Advanced Diploma preferred. Enjoy incentives, medical leave, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, WhatsApp sales, or sales-oriented customer service.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working with KPI and sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Fast learner with a strong sales-closing mindset.
• Experience in health or wellness products/services is an added advantage.
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma is preferred.
