Qualifications

• 1–2 years of telesales or similar sales experience.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
• KPI-driven and target-oriented.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact qualified inbound and outbound leads.
• Conduct sales conversations via phone and WhatsApp.
• Identify customer needs and clearly explain products and services.
• Handle questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Follow up with prospects until a decision is reached.
• Close sales and meet daily and monthly targets.
