Job summary

Tri H Connect is seeking a sales-oriented professional to respond to customer inquiries, engage via phone and WhatsApp, understand needs and present suitable options.

The role offers a 5-day work week at Mount Austin in Johor Bahru, with company phone and laptop provided and the potential to earn uncapped commissions. Training will be provided, with strong earning potential for high performers.

RM2,800-4,500k Basic + Commission + Team Bonus
Good Performers: RM4,000–RM6,000/month
Top Performers: RM6,000–RM8,000+
No limit on commission

We will teach you our products, system and process. But you should already be comfortable selling, communicating and following up with customers.
As many of our customers are from Singapore, this role involves regular communication in English. Candidates should be comfortable speaking in English.

Working Hours

Approximately 36 working hours per week, excluding meal breaks.

Sometimes an interested customer may reply after office hours. Sales staff are expected to follow up when reasonably necessary to close the case.
