Job summary

OPTIMUM INFOSOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Inside Sales professional in Malaysia to drive quarterly targets. You will reach out to potential leads, present solutions, qualify prospects, and onboard them to achieve acquisition goals.

You will nurture ongoing relationships with corporate clients in a tele-sales setting and pursue upsell opportunities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in Sales or Telesales, with solid English and Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, or related industry.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated integrity, discipline and respect in duties.
• Ability to work independently and think strategically when approaching tasks.
• B2B Sales and handling corporate clients experience is an advantage.
