Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing or a similar sales role within a call centre environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Resilience and confidence to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a target-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Proficiency with telephone systems, CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently whilst being part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and follow-up activities.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills such as Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia are advantageous.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and adaptability to changing priorities.

About the role

Saxco Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, where you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth through outbound sales activities. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive telephone and digital outreach.
