Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years in IT infrastructure, network, workplace technology or technology operations.
• Experience supervising, managing outsourced infrastructure and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, workplace technology, network and support services.
• Coordinate incident, problem and change management activities and reviews.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management and software licensing.
• Lead end-user computing and workplace support initiatives.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, SLAs and budgets.
• Provide operational leadership and continuous improvement across service management.
