Job summary

Eastspring, a Prudential plc company, invites a seasoned Manager to lead Technology Operations & Service Delivery in Kuala Lumpur. You will own end-to-end infrastructure and workplace technology delivery, coordinate regional and vendor teams, and drive incident management, patching, and DR planning to ensure reliable services for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, network or technology operations.
• Experience managing outsourced infrastructure and service providers in regulated environments.
• Strong incident, problem and change management experience; asset lifecycle, patching and DR.
• Knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud and security operations.
• Budget, contracts, SLAs and vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, workplace technology, network and support services within agreed SLAs.
• Act as primary operational contact for IT service delivery, coordinating stakeholders, regional teams and providers.
• Lead incident, problem and change management; drive post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud, and end-user computing operations and capacity planning.
• Manage IT asset and software lifecycle, procurement, deployment and disposal.
• Coordinate patch deployment, vulnerability remediation and security operations.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Manage outsourcing contracts, budgets, vendor performance and service improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and reporting across IT operations.
• Lead and coach technology operations team members and ensure proper governance.
