Job summary

Prudential is seeking an experienced IT leader to manage complex stakeholder relationships and oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects in Malaysia. You will coordinate with business units, vendors, and technical teams to meet delivery obligations and security standards.

The role requires a degree in IT/Engineering, 8–12 years of IT experience, and 2+ years in managing teams of 5–10 IT managers or technical staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering or related area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• 8–12 years of solid IT working experience.
• 2+ years managing 5–10 IT managers/technical resources.
• Experience with insurance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex relationships and priorities across diverse groups.
• Coordinate with business unit management and outsourced resources.
• Oversee delivery by third-party vendors and ensure deliverables.
• Guide specification, construction, and integration of IT deliverables to business units.
• Track projects to schedule and report progress to management.
• Act as liaison between business technology stakeholders and technical leads.
• Present service delivery capabilities and drive best practices.
