Job summary

Mah Sing Group Berhad is seeking a reliable Technician to maintain and operate building facilities in the Sepang area of Malaysia. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality service while supporting residents and maintenance staff in daily operations.

The role requires a SPM or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Maintenance, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of building systems.

Qualifications

• SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance.
• Chargeman or Wireman certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read service contracts, technical manuals and drawings.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, positive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
