Job summary

Sunway Property & Facilities Management (Sunway PFM Sdn Bhd) is seeking a facility management technician to ensure electrical systems, fire safety equipment, and BAS operations are maintained at a high standard in a multi-use high-rise setting.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, CMMS data entry, and tenant support, with a focus on safety and reliability of electrical and ACMV systems.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical/facility management, preferably in high-rise residential buildings.
• Familiarity with high-rise building safety codes and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical equipment and appliances are in safe and good working condition.
• Maintain all electrical DBs, riser room, and MSB room.
• Check that fire fighting system, pumps, wet riser, and smoke detectors are in good condition.
• Update and attend to preventive maintenance checklists and scheduled maintenance.
• Monitor BAS system.
• Enter work orders into CMMS (PMWO and CMWO).
• Knowledge in plumbing, piping installation and maintenance.
• Ensure ACMV system is running and in good condition; check modulating valve and air temps.
• Attend to tenant requests (eSR).

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to ensure all Electrical equipment and appliances is in safe and good working condition.

2. To ensure all electrical DB's , Riser room, MSB Room are well maintain.

3. To check ensure all fire fighting system , pumps, wet riser, smoke detector and its installation are in good condition.

4. To ensure all checklist for preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance are updated and attended.

5. Monitoring BAS system.

6. To ensure all work order are keyed in to CMMS (PMWO and CMWO).

7. Knowledge in plumbing , piping installation and maintenance.

8. To ensure all ACMV system is in running and good condition. To check modulating valve, supply and return air temp.

9. To attend to tenant request (eSR).

Qualifications:
