Job summary

SHARP ELECTRONICS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a service technician to diagnose and repair consumer electronics and home appliances. You will perform installations, inspections, and preventive maintenance while attending to customer service requests and providing technical support.

The role involves handling service jobs, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with partners to resolve issues in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related field experience.
• Proven experience as a service technician or in a related field is an advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to attend technical training and upgrade knowledge.

Job Requirements

At least One Year working experience in related field.

Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment.

Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

Willing to attend technical training and continuously upgrade product knowledge and technical skills
