Job summary

SHARP ELECTRONICS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a service technician to diagnose and repair consumer electronics and home appliances. You will perform installations, inspections, and preventive maintenance while attending to customer service requests and providing technical support.

The role involves handling service jobs, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with partners to resolve issues in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related field experience.
• Proven experience as a service technician or in a related field is an advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to attend technical training and upgrade knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair consumer electronics and home appliances.
• Perform product installation, inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Attend to customer service requests and provide technical support.
• Handle service jobs and complete repairs within required timeframe.
• Manage spare parts usage and maintain service records.
• Prepare service reports, job sheets, and warranty documentation.
• Coordinate with service partners and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
