Job summary

Sharp Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Operations professional in Shah Alam to coordinate stock, orders, and cross-functional processes. You will support the sales team, manage inventories, and assist ERP/CRM driven workflows to ensure accurate invoicing and timely deliveries.

The role requires 2–3 years in related operations, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate across sales, finance, logistics, warehouse, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Supply Chain Coordination, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Experience in sales order processing, invoicing, inventory management, and stock coordination.
• Good understanding of sales operations processes, reporting, and data management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, logistics, warehouse, and procurement.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Order Management - Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
• Customer Experience Enhancement - Support resolution of customer issues related to orders, payments, and service fulfillment.
• Cross-Department Collaboration - Work with sales, finance, logistics, and procurement to align operations with business objectives.
• Sales Support - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documents, records, and data entry.

• Inventory Compliance & Documentation - Maintain records for stock adjustments, transfers, and discrepancies.
• Digital Marketing Management - Assist planning and execution of digital campaigns across platforms; monitor content and track performance.

Job Responsibilities

Inventory & Order Management - Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock availability and timely order deliveries.

Customer Experience Enhancement - Support the resolution of customer issues related to orders, payments, and service fulfillment to ensure a positive customer experience.

Cross-Department Collaboration - Work closely with the sales, finance, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.

Sales Support - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, maintaining records, and performing data entry.

Order & Stock Coordination - Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure efficient stock allocation. Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory movements to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.

Inventory Compliance & Documentation - Ensure inventory management processes comply with company policies and audit requirements. Maintain accurate documentation for stock adjustments, transfers, and inventory discrepancies.

Digital Marketing Management - Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and the company website. Monitor and update digital content to ensure accuracy and relevance, and track campaign performance to identify opportunities for improving engagement and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Supply Chain Coordination, or a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Hands-on experience with ERP and/or CRM systems.

Experience in sales order processing, invoicing, inventory management, and stock coordination.

Good understanding of sales operations processes, reporting, and data management.
