Job summary

Sunway Property is seeking Technicians for its Johor location to maintain buildings and ensure safety and reliability of electrical systems. The role requires hands-on maintenance, recording work orders in CMMS, and monitoring BAS to keep systems running smoothly.

A diploma or equivalent is required, with a vocational electrical/plumbing/AC certificate considered a bonus. Prior experience in high-rise or commercial properties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical equipment is safe and functioning.
• Care for DBs, riser rooms, and MSB rooms.
• Update and carry out scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Monitor Building Automation System (BAS).
• Record all work orders in CMMS.
• Respond to tenant service requests.

Technician - Property Management (Johor)

We are now looking for Technicians to join our team in Johor.

Ensure all electrical equipment is safe and working properly.

Take care of DBs, riser rooms, and MSB rooms.

Update and carry out scheduled maintenance tasks.

Monitor BAS (Building Automation System).

Record all work orders into our system (CMMS).

Basic knowledge in plumbing and piping work.

Make sure air-conditioning (ACMV) systems are working well.

Respond to tenant service requests.

Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

Technical/vocational certificate in electrical, plumbing, or air-conditioning is a bonus.

At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management.

Experience working in commercial or high-rise buildings is preferred.

Able to manage multiple tasks and follow safety rules.

AO Chargeman or higher is an added advantage.
