Isuzu Hicom Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Document Controller to assist in managing engineering documentation and ensure accurate filing in the Production Engineering document room. You will handle AOS, KDPL, part lists, and vehicle specs, while supporting internal departments with up-to-date information.
The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Automotive, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.

Assist in controlling and maintaining hardcopy and softcopy engineering documents.
Collect and compile engineering documents such as AOS, drawings, part lists, vehicle specifications, and other technical information.
Prepare, copy, and release technical documents such as AOS and KDPL to relevant departments.
Prepare and distribute engineering change information, including KD Change Information and LPCI.
Update technical documents whenever there are changes to part numbers, AOS, specifications, or related information.
Record document receipt, distribution, and other relevant information in databases and logbooks.
Ensure proper filing and arrangement of documents in the Production Engineering document room.
Search, copy, and release technical information or documents upon request from internal or external departments.
Prepare relevant documentation for the VNAS system.
Perform basic troubleshooting for issues related to the VNAS system.
Provide support to Production on the GIDSS system.
Carry out other related duties as assigned by the department.
