Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain digital signage hardware and software at client sites.

• Assist with basic content adjustments (display settings, visual quality).

Role Description

The Technician for Digital Signage Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining digital signage hardware and software across client locations, including LED screens, smart displays, and related network components. The technician will perform routine system checks, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and provide on-site technical support to ensure stable and high-quality content delivery. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers and clients, documenting service activities, updating firmware and configurations, and assisting with basic content adjustments such as display settings and visual quality. The role may also involve occasional travel to client sites within the region and requires consistent adherence to safety, quality, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients, and for documenting technical work clearly.
• Candidates should possess Digital Photography and Photo Retouching skills to support screen calibration, visual quality checks, and basic content adjustments.
• Relevant experience with AV systems, digital signage platforms, or IT infrastructure is highly beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), cabling, and mounting of displays is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
