Qualifications

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Clear documentation and coordination with teams and clients.
• Basic photo editing and screen calibration to support content quality.
• Experience with AV/digital signage platforms or IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking, cabling, and display mounting is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain digital signage hardware and software at client sites.
• Perform routine system checks and diagnose issues to ensure content delivery quality.
• Update firmware and configurations as required and document activities.
• Provide on-site technical support and liaise with project managers and clients.
• Assist with basic content adjustments (display settings, visual quality).
• May travel to client locations within the region as needed.
