Job summary

Click IX Sdn Bhd is recruiting for an on-site IT support technician to monitor digital signage networks, respond to alerts, and provide Level 1 troubleshooting. The role involves traveling to client sites across Malaysia, installing and configuring media players and displays, and delivering timely service documentation.

You will report via Microsoft tools and collaborate with teammates to keep deployments on track, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• On-site field support and L1 troubleshooting for digital signage.
• Must have valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Strong reporting and documentation in Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Monitor digital signage daily and flag offline or faulty units.
• Provide L1 client support by phone, email, and remote access.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot devices and displays on site.
• Travel to Klang Valley and outstation deployments.
• Maintain records of equipment, deployments, and job history.
• Prepare and issue regular operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep jobs moving.
