Job summary

Jump Retail Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technician cum Customer Service for TRX Mall to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices while delivering friendly support to shoppers.

You will replace screens and batteries, perform software updates, and clearly explain issues to customers; weekend availability is required for this full‑time role. Proficiency with Android and multiple languages will be a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or relevant field; local maintenance qualification certificates.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English, and Mandarin.
• Familiarity with mobile operating systems, especially Android.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mobile Technician.
• Able to work 5 days per week, including weekends.

Job Requirement:

Familiarity with mobile operating systems, especially Android

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mobile Technician.

Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Able to to accept work 5 days per week, need to work on weekend
