Job summary

Jie Business Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Mobile Phone Repair Technician (Training Provided) at its My OPPO Space locations in Malaysia. The role emphasizes hands-on repair, parts replacement, and maintaining a clean, professional repair area.

Training will be provided; fresh graduates are welcome. The job is located in Putrajaya (IOI City Mall) with opportunities at other OPPO spaces nationwide.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or have knowledge of phone systems and components
• Able to take multiple tasks
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all repairs performed meet the company’s quality standards
• Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts
• Maintain cleanliness and professional image of store and repair stations
• Support productivity by ensuring all request is handled in a timely manner
• Meet or exceed key performance service and repair objective
• Attend and complete company’s technical and non-technical training
