Job summary

MUTIARA AIRCONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL SERVICES is seeking a full-time Technician to install, service, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings in Ipoh, Perak. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure high-quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

As a full-time Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Key responsibilities

Performing installations, servicing, and repairs on a variety of air conditioning systems

Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with air conditioning units

Carrying out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of the systems

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work carried out

Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures

About you

Previous experience as a Technician or in a similar role within the air conditioning industry

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of air conditioning systems and components

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently

Excellent communication and customer service skills
