About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician Aircond to join our team at Rizqi Engineering in Sepang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive professional air conditioning maintenance, repair, and installation services. As a Technician Aircond, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving air conditioning system issues, performing preventative maintenance, and installing new systems to meet customer specifications. Your expertise and attention to detail will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the reputation of Rizqi Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems, identifying faults and implementing effective solutions
• Perform routine maintenance checks on air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Install new air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties in accordance with specifications and industry standards
• Conduct system testing and quality checks to verify that all installations and repairs meet required standards
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service reports and maintenance logs
• Provide technical advice to customers regarding air conditioning system care and optimal usage
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and best practices whilst on site
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient project completion

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role in the HVAC industry
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including refrigeration principles, electrical components, and mechanical systems
• Competence in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify system faults
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics
• Valid certification or qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration technology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in confined spaces where necessary
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites in the Sepang Selangor area
• Commitment to health and safety compliance and professional standards
