Job summary

MUTIARA AIRCONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL SERVICES is seeking a skilled Technician Aircond to join our Ipoh team. You will install, service and repair air conditioning systems across residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This full-time role requires good diagnostic ability, strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and a valid Malaysian driver's licence.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Technician or in a similar role within the air conditioning industry.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of air conditioning systems and components.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Performing installations, servicing, and repairs on a variety of air conditioning systems
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with air conditioning units
Carrying out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of the systems
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client concerns or queries
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work carried out
Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
