Job summary
MUTIARA AIRCONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL SERVICES is seeking a full-time Technician to install, service, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings in Ipoh, Perak. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure high-quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service.
You will maintain records, adhere to safety standards, and have opportunities for ongoing training in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Technician in air conditioning
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and components
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Perform installations, servicing, and repairs on a variety of air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or queries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work carried out
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures
