Job summary

AHE Power Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an engineer to wire control panels, interpret schematics, and service AVR, ATS and related electrical systems in the Balakong area. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, with immediate start preferred.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in electrical engineering or a related field and carry a strong attitude and passion for the work. On-site role with local travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wire engine controllers, sensors, and protection relays according to schematics.
• Maintain 12V/24V DC systems, batteries, starters, and charging alternators.
• Assist in paralleling/sync setups for multiple gensets.
• Install and calibrate Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR).
• Troubleshoot ATS and distribution boards to ensure seamless power transition during a blackout.

Job description

Control Panel Wiring: Reading and interpreting electrical schematics to wire up engine controllers (e.g., SmartGen, Deep Sea, ComAp), sensors, and protection relays.

Battery & Charging Systems: Maintaining 12V/24V DC systems, including heavy-duty batteries, starter motors, and charging alternators.

Synchronization: Assisting in the setup of "Paralleling" or "Sync" systems where multiple gensets are linked together to share a large load.

Voltage Regulation: Installing and calibrating Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) to ensure stable power output and prevent damage to sensitive client equipment.

Switchgear & ATS: Troubleshooting and maintaining Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and distribution boards to ensure seamless power transition during a blackout.

Job Requirement

At least 1 year of working experience in electrical engineering or related field.

Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
