Job summary

Hartalega is seeking a training specialist to create and improve learning resources, organize and assess training activities, and prepare structured evaluation plans aligned with team objectives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and drive structured improvements, while cascading information to downline teams to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in operational areas (Dipping, Compounding, Packing, Engineering) or training roles.
• Experience in Production Dipping/Production Packing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules.
• Plan and execute training sessions aligned with defined objectives.
• Design and implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and improvements.
• Participate in meetings to provide updates and gather input from process owners.
• Cascade information to downline teams to drive task understanding and quality.
